Every meal in Tuscany begins with a moment to gather. We'll welcome you with a selection of Tuscan appetizers prepared by Chef Georgeo and a glass of chilled Prosecco while sharing the stories, traditions and history behind handmade pasta in Italy.

After the aperitivo, the table becomes a workspace. Hands meet flour, as fresh pasta is prepared from scratch, guided with care and intention.

Once the pasta rests, attention turns to the cooking process. Seasonal seafood is cooked gently, respecting both ingredient and time, allowing simple flavors to deepen naturally. The evening concludes at the table, where the finished dish is shared alongside carefully selected wines, followed by a warm, comforting dessert.
